I do not have any access to your credit card/PayPal information. This is all taken care of via Etsy Payments. They process your info and when cleared give me the money. If you have any issues regarding a stollen credit card and feel you have fraudulent purchases off of any Etsy page, please contact Etsy customer support
All orders will come with a cleansing and programming instructions. If you lost your copy please contact me and I can send you a PDF of it 🥰
All bracelets will come the standard 7" size which should fit a 6" wrist perfectly. Should you require a larger or smaller size, please include this in the personalization section or the notes to seller section. If you don’t put your exact wrist measurement or put the wrong size, and the bracelet needs to be resized, you can send it back at your expense and I can create a custom shipping listing for you to pay the shipping to reshipping back to you once it is fixed.
